💡 How It All Began
It started on a rainy Saturday in Delhi, over chai and a conversation that had been waiting to happen for months. Three couples — friends since college — were sitting together, and one of us said something that changed everything:
"We scroll through reels together for hours, but when did we last actually talk? Like, really talk?"
The table went quiet. Not an uncomfortable quiet — the kind that means everyone feels the same thing at the same time. We realised we were all guilty of it: side-by-side on the couch, hearts miles apart.
That evening, someone pulled out a journal and we spent two hours writing questions to each other. Silly ones. Deep ones. Ones that made us laugh until we cried. By midnight, three couples who thought they knew each other completely had discovered entirely new corners of each other's souls.
That journal became Couple Sathi.

We're not tech founders or startup people. We're just three ordinary couples who fell extraordinarily in love with the idea that love deserves to be tended to — daily, gently, joyfully.

Between the six of us, we've navigated long-distance, career changes, family pressures, disagreements about the thermostat (very serious), and the quiet drift that happens when life gets busy. We know firsthand how easy it is to grow apart without even realising it.
We also know how a single honest question — asked at the right moment — can bring two people back together in an instant.
💌 What Couple Sathi Means
Sathi is a Hindi word that means companion, partner, the one who walks beside you. Not in front, not behind — beside. It's the word we use for the person who chooses you every single day, not just on anniversaries and special occasions.
We built Couple Sathi because we believe love isn't something that just happens to you. It's something you do — a practice, a choice, a thousand small moments strung together into something beautiful.
"You don't fall in love once. You fall in love again and again, with the same person, every time you truly see them."
This app is our way of helping you see each other — really see each other — a little more each day.
