About
We kept scrolling instead of talking
Couple Sathi started with a question three couples kept asking each other: we can spend an entire evening side by side on our phones, reels after reel — so when did we last actually talk?
None of us set out to build a company. Gagan and Mincy, Rajat and Aarti, Little and Nidhi — we’re not tech founders, just three couples who noticed the same small gap in our own relationships and started building something to close it, first for ourselves.
Sathi is the Hindi word for a companion — someone who walks alongside you, not just someone you happen to live with. That’s the whole idea: a shared space that makes it a little easier to show up for each other, on the ordinary nights, not just the anniversaries.
So we built the conversations we wished we’d had — card decks for the easy nights and the hard ones, a daily check-in that takes ten seconds, a place to leave a letter for someone to find later. Nothing here promises to fix a relationship. It just tries to make the small, daily part of staying close a little easier to keep up.
Proudly built in India, for couples anywhere.
